About Us
Who are we?
The Educational Equality Institute is a registered Non-Government Organization headquartered in Oslo, Norway. We are committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls from underprivileged areas and conflict-affected areas.
The Educational Equality Institute is run by a committed group of industry professionals and volunteers with the support of our partners and Your Personal Professor. Since every lesson purchased through the Your Personal Professor program includes a donation to The Educational Equality Institute used to run volunteer-led tutoring programs, all our volunteers must meet strict academic requirements and demonstrate a keen interest in and commitment to supporting our students and fair education in line with our mission and goals.

Providing girls and young women with equal access to education, we aim to raise future successful graduates, leaders, advocates, and change-makers. We strongly believe that every girl and young woman has power over her own life and can shape the world around her.

Language Connect
1:1 language learning platform for Ukrainians, where students are able to book individual classes with teachers.
TEEI Buddy Program
A mentor program for Ukrainians.
Support Program for Ukrainian Universities & Schools
In cooperation with our partners, we offer a program to support Ukrainian universities, schools, and other educational institutions that have been disrupted and internally displaced.
TEEI Online Ukrainian School
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is building an official online school for Ukrainian youth to access globally.

Girls Education in Rural Nepal
Girls’ education have been ignored in Nepalese communities for various reasons. It is particularly rare for girls that come from poor and Dalit families in rural villages of Nepal to receive an education. Consequently, our project is supporting girls most in need of schooling.
