About TEEI
Learning is personal. So is our work.
TEEI is a nonprofit helping people learn, develop their careers and find support in others. We bring learners, volunteers and partners together through free language learning, professional skills, mentoring and peer support.
Education should give people more choices.
Our mission is to make learning and professional guidance accessible, so people can continue their education, develop their careers and make informed choices about their lives.
People come to TEEI with knowledge, experience and ambitions of their own. We build on those strengths through practical learning and support. Each person brings their own goals and decides the direction they want to take.
Our work is rooted in education for girls and women. It also includes a sustained commitment to Ukrainians affected by the war.

Together for Ukraine

Together for Ukraine is TEEI’s continuing commitment to Ukrainians affected by the war, both in Ukraine and abroad.
Since 2022, the initiative has brought together language learning, education, professional skills and mentoring, alongside earlier work with children, families, schools and universities. Today’s programmes continue that work through opportunities to learn, connect and develop a career.
TEEI Women
TEEI Women brings language learning, professional skills and career mentoring to women from Latin America and the Caribbean.
It supports women continuing their education, building on their professional experience or considering a different direction. Learning and guidance are available through TEEI’s programmes, with room for different goals and starting points.
What we do.
Education is at the centre of TEEI. Our wider work includes health support, research, advocacy and tools for accountable programme reporting.
Education
Language practice, teacher-led courses, professional learning and career guidance give people different ways to develop their knowledge and skills. We deliver this work through TEEI Language, TEEI Language Courses, Skills Academy and TEEI Mentorship.
Health Support
Through One Connection, people going through cancer can speak one to one with someone who has been through it. Our health work also recognises the needs and experiences of family members and informal caregivers.
Research
We study questions arising from our work in education, health access, AI and impact measurement, and publish what we learn.
Advocacy & Policy
We use evidence to inform public discussion on education, the rights of children, women and patients, data protection and reporting standards.
Compliance
We give companies tools to understand and report their participation in TEEI programmes. Evenhall connects employee involvement with records of the activity behind it.
How it happens
People bring the knowledge. TEEI brings it together.
Our programmes connect the experience people are willing to share with people who can use it. Volunteers, partners and TEEI each have a part in making that work.
