We are happy to announce that Bain & Company, one of the world’s top management consulting firms, has become our partner. Together we will help Ukrainian refugees improve their professional skills and increase their chances of finding a job abroad. Available courses:

This partnership is part of TEEI’s broader corporate volunteering with TEEI initiative, where global companies contribute professional expertise to support Ukrainian career development. For displaced Ukrainians navigating new labour markets, the TEEI Mentorship programme connects them with 400+ experienced professionals. Language barriers remain one of the biggest obstacles to employment-TEEI Language offers free 1-to-1 conversation practice with international volunteers.
