The Mentors for Ukraine programme connects 2,000+ displaced Ukrainian professionals with mentors who can explain how European hiring works: one 45-minute conversation can change a career path. For volunteers who prefer teaching over career coaching, Language Connect matches conversation partners with Ukrainian learners practising Polish, German, or English.
