Digital Skills and Recognised Certifications for Ukrainian Refugees
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) announces a partnership with Automation Anywhere, a company building agentic automation, as part of our Together for Ukraine project. The partnership gives Ukrainian refugees digital skills and certifications to build careers in an increasingly automated workplace.
Expanding Digital Opportunities
Through this partnership, Ukrainian refugees gain free access to Automation Anywhere University’s eLearning platform.
The Programme Offers:
- Self-paced learning paths requiring no prior technical knowledge
- Role-based courses designed for accessibility
- Flexible online learning to accommodate diverse schedules
- Courses available in multiple languages to support learners
Pathway to Professional Recognition
Participants can earn internationally recognised credentials through scholarship-supported certification programmes:
- Advanced Automation Professional certification
- Master Automation Professional certification
These certifications validate automation expertise and connect to TEEI’s existing upskilling programmes in technology and digital work.

The Automation Anywhere partnership is one of several TEEI tech-upskilling programmes. The DataCamp partnership has given 10,000+ Ukrainian students free access to data science and analytics training, with completion rates three times the industry average. Once participants earn certifications, Mentors for Ukraine connects them with 400+ professionals who can help translate those credentials into European job offers. Language confidence matters across each stage: Language Connect provides free 1-to-1 conversation practice to help graduates communicate their new skills to European employers.
