Ukrainian Learners Pass 75,000 Hours on DataCamp

Learners in TEEI Skills Academy have passed 75,000 hours on DataCamp. The dashboard read 76,032 on 21 September 2026. Every seat is free.

An exercise from the DataCamp page on the TEEI site: a short SQL query that counts orders by city, and its result, twelve cities with Kyiv first.

Ukrainian learners in TEEI Skills Academy have now spent more than 75,000 hours learning on DataCamp. The count runs from March 2022, through the DataCamp Donates partnership.

What the hours hold

The hours are time on the platform. The work done in them is counted separately, in learning units: one completed lesson, exercise, assessment or project is one unit. On 21 September 2026 the dashboard read 260,158 completed units.

Three units in four are practice. In the 30 days before the reading, learners completed 8,258 units.

What the figure does not say

Time on a platform is not a measure of what someone has learned, and it does not tell you who found a job. It shows that people keep coming back. None of this happens in bulk. One person opens a laptop after work, finishes a chapter, closes it, and comes back the next evening.

The seats

Every seat is a DataCamp Donates licence, and it is free to the learner. Ukrainians can apply wherever they live, on the DataCamp page of TEEI Skills Academy.
