Four categories. One is essential and always on. The other three are choices you make in Cookie Settings, saved the moment you make them. Alongside cookies we use browser local storage for the same purposes, under the same controls; we do not use tracking pixels for advertising.

IP addresses are anonymised, data sharing with Google for ads is off, remarketing is off, and retention is capped at 14 months. You can also use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Donations and ad measurement

Optional

Payment cookies set when you donate, plus, if you allow it, Google Ads measurement that connects a completed donation or signup back to the ad that brought you here. One switch controls both. Allowing it also lets Google connect the visit to its own advertising cookies, which is exactly why it stays off until you say yes.
