Am I qualified?
If you work in one of the eight fields, yes. Mentees ask for working experience, not certificates, and staff review every mentor application.
Is my English enough?
If you can talk shop in English, it is enough. Sessions are conversations, not presentations.
What if the match is wrong?
You only take requests you can actually help with, and either side can end a mentorship that is not working. Declining is allowed; the match has to be right.
How much time does it take?
You decide. A mentorship is scheduled session by session, when it suits you both. Some mentorships are one session; some run for months, and you can pause whenever you need to.
