A volunteer to practise the language with every week, and a mentor from their own field to help restart a career. We run both programmes, they are free, and you can share them directly with anyone you support.

The programmes

Language practice with volunteers. Career mentoring from professionals.

Programme 01 · Conversation practice · Free

TEEI Language

Your participant chooses a volunteer who speaks the language they are learning, and sends them a request. They meet on video and talk: everyday conversation at the participant's level, about work, daily life and whatever they need the language for. The goal is spoken confidence, for phone calls, appointments and conversations at work.

Programme 02 · Career mentoring · Free

TEEI Mentorship

Your participant chooses an experienced professional from their own field and sends them a request. In 1:1 video sessions, scheduled one at a time when it suits them both, they work on concrete career steps: the CV, interview preparation, and a plan for getting back into their profession in a new country.

What happens when you share it

1 You send the link

In a chat, an email, or printed on the wall. The same link works for everyone you support.

2 They choose their person

An email address is enough to sign up. Then they browse the volunteers and mentors themselves: real people with names and faces, filtered by language and level, or by career field.

3 They meet on video

They request a time and the volunteer or mentor accepts. Language runs as a standing weekly session with the same volunteer; mentoring sessions are scheduled one at a time. Our staff review every volunteer and mentor application first.

No agreement. You never need to ask us first. No reporting. We will not ask you to track anything. No cost. TEEI covers everything.

Who to send

Who the programmes are for.

TEEI Language

For people who need to practise speaking.

Adults who are learning a language and rarely get to use it. Many understand a lot but freeze when they have to speak; a volunteer partner gives them steady practice at their level, in the language they need for daily life and work.

TEEI Mentorship

For professionals rebuilding a career.

Adults with work experience from Ukraine: engineers, accountants, designers, any of the eight fields. They get a mentor who works in their profession, for help with the CV, interviews and finding their way into the local job market.

Both programmes

Many participants use both.

Someone who has just arrived can begin with conversation practice and add a mentor when they are ready to look for work. Everything is online, for adults, and all they need is an email address, a device and internet.

An honest note

There are more learners than volunteers. When volunteers are scarce, your participant may wait before someone accepts their request. And if someone needs urgent legal, housing or medical help, that comes first; these programmes are not an emergency channel.
