In TEEI mettiamo le persone in contatto con istruzione, pratica linguistica e mentorship quando i sistemi tradizionali non riescono a sostenerle. Abbiamo fondato questa organizzazione per ragazze e donne di tutto il mondo.
Ogni programma è gratuito per chi vi partecipa.
Il nostro approccio
Le persone praticano una lingua, conseguono qualifiche riconosciute e lavorano individualmente con un mentor.
Ogni programma è gratuito. Persone reali, un volontario, un insegnante, un mentor, accompagnano ciascuno dalla prima conversazione fino al lavoro per cui si sta impegnando.

CSR Cockpit
CSR Cockpit is the company workspace where a company takes part in TEEI programmes, brings its employees in, and reports what its people did, with the evidence behind every figure.
Employees take part in sessions on TEEI's video platform. Hours are measured in the video room, never taken from the schedule.

- Bring employees in
- HR systems, single sign-on providers and SCIM directories connect in Settings. Each employee signs in with an emailed link and sees only their own records.
- Choose programmes
- Start from an existing TEEI programme. TEEI Language is conversation practice. TEEI Mentorship is career guidance, one to one and in small groups. Skills Academy is group video: workshop, clinic, expert Q&A, webinar and class. Or configure a custom programme around another community, location, employee group or objective.
- Report and export
Reports align to ESRS, VSME, GRI, IFRS S1, IFRS S2 and TCFD. Share a report by link. The recipient opens it with no account and sees totals and months only, with no volunteer names or learner quotes.
These exports are templates aligned to the frameworks. The disclosure stays your company's own, and TEEI does not audit it.
Company access carries no licence fee, no setup fee and no employee limit, and no donation is required. The workspace is part of taking part in TEEI programmes. The programmes are the point.
Apply for a workspace with your work email. TEEI reviews and approves. Help is offered, never required.
