Corporate giving

We already run the programmes your people can join.

A partnership for US companies that want their giving to fund real delivery: mentoring, language practice, and skills training that people are already waiting for. We run the programmes; your gift funds more of them.

Your gift funds capacity, never access.

A registered US 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 33-2331817. Also a Norwegian nonprofit.

Where the money goes

What a gift pays for.

Software alone runs five to six figures a year for reporting your team still has to feed. A gift here funds the delivery: vetting, matching, safeguarding, and the platform that turns free volunteer hours into real sessions across our programmes for the people we serve.

Comparable corporate giving and volunteering platforms charge roughly $10,000 to $150,000 a year for software alone (public estimates). A TEEI partnership delivers the programmes, the trained volunteers, and the reporting, and a company can begin at no cost.

Support scales with what your company wants to do. Larger commitments fund more programme capacity and a named partner manager. We size the right level with you on the call.

TEEI programme data, Dec 2025

Why it is free

It is free because sponsorship pays for the work, not for the door.

TEEI is funded by sponsorship, grants, and donations. That support pays for programme delivery and capacity. There is no paid tier a company gets moved into, and nothing held back behind one. We built it this way because we were tired of watching good corporate intent stall at procurement, and good work go unreported.

EngagementFree employee participation across every programme, for as long as your company partners.
ReportingBoard-ready reporting through the CSR Cockpit, free at every level, including no gift at all.
Your recordsA charitable-contribution acknowledgement letter with our EIN.
Funded levelsA named partner manager.

For multinationals, the same data exports to CSRD and ESRS formats. See the reporting

Safe to bring to your people

Who is vetted, how people are kept safe, and where your data lives.

Vetting and safeguarding

Volunteers and participants are registered and vetted by our team before they meet, and sessions run on our platforms with a safeguarding approach we manage. We will walk your legal and HR teams through exactly what that vetting covers on the call, rather than reduce it to a badge here.

Your data

Employee participation and personal data are held under GDPR-compliant handling, and we are clear about what is collected and who can see it. We confirm the specifics for your data and security review before anything starts.

Getting started

Starting takes a call, not a procurement cycle.

We run the onboarding with you. It costs nothing to begin, there is no six-figure approval to clear, and a named partner manager joins at the funded levels.

Day one

A 30-minute discovery call

No preparation, no obligation. We learn your goals and how your team likes to give.

On the call

We confirm fit honestly

Which programme your gift should fund, or whether now is not the right time. We will say so either way.

Within days

Your gift is set up

And, if you choose, your team is onboarded alongside it. We handle both; you build nothing.

Quarter end

Your first report

What your gift delivered: sessions, hours, and outcomes, ready for leadership or a foundation board.

The questions a board or a CFO will ask you next

Why is it free, and what is the catch?

There is no catch. TEEI is a nonprofit funded by sponsorship, grants, and donations, so the programmes and the reporting cost your company nothing. Sponsorship is optional and pays for delivery, never for access.

Is our gift tax-deductible, and what do we receive?

TEEI is a registered US 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 33-2331817. A gift is a charitable contribution, and we send an acknowledgement letter with our EIN for your records. Your own advisor confirms how it applies to your company.

How do matching gifts and workplace giving work with you?

A company can route its matching-gift and workplace-giving programme to TEEI as a registered 501(c)(3). On the call we will walk through how that fits the programme you run internally.

Who actually runs the programmes, and how are people kept safe?

We do, with our own volunteers and staff. Volunteers and participants are vetted before they meet, sessions run on our platforms, and we manage safeguarding throughout. We confirm the specifics with your legal and HR teams.

Is it really free forever?

Yes. Open employee engagement and the CSR Cockpit reporting stay free. Companies that choose to sponsor fund programme capacity; they are not buying access that was withheld.

Is a CSRD or ESRS export available?

Yes, for multinationals that need it. The same impact data the CSR Cockpit produces exports to CSRD and ESRS formats. It is a secondary feature, not a requirement to partner.

Fund the work we already run.
