What the mentoring changed.

Corporate mentorship
Mentoring software hands you an empty tool to fill on both sides yourself. Refugee charities hand you a cause, but no platform and nothing to report. TEEI brings the displaced professionals already waiting, runs the match, and reports the impact. Your people mentor in their own field, grow as leaders, and it is free. About an hour a month.
TEEI runs TEEI Mentorship. 2,000+ professionals mentored, 400+ volunteer mentors, 9,337 sessions logged at the source, across 50+ countries.

The problem
You buy mentoring software, $6,000 to $50,000 a year, then find the algorithm is worthless until you fill both sides of it with your own people. Internal matching, inward-only metrics, and the work still yours.
Or you join a refugee charity and take the pledge, then find you still have to recruit the mentors, design the programme, and prove the impact, with no tools at all.
One gives you plumbing and no people. The other gives you a cause and no platform. Either way, the hard part lands on your desk.
The reframe
TEEI runs TEEI Mentorship. The people on the other side are real displaced professionals already there, waiting for someone with exactly your employee's experience. We bring them. We run the match. We report it back to you, ready for the board. Your employee brings one thing: an hour, and what they already know.
Mentoring software is an empty tool you fill yourself. We bring the people who are waiting.
One conversation can change a career. That is the whole product.

The human truth
Picture a single session. An engineer opens a CV sent by a software developer who left Ukraine. She is not short on skill. She is short on the things a CV cannot carry: how this job market reads her experience, which words land in an interview here, who to introduce her to next. He has sat on the hiring side a hundred times. Over a few calls, he gives her exactly that.
Many of the people your employees meet are already highly qualified. They do not need charity. They need context, and someone who already has it.
What your people actually do
A mentor gives a displaced professional in their own field the things experience teaches and a CV cannot: a sharper CV for this market, real interview practice, an honest read on how the job market here works, and an introduction or two that opens a door.
It is one to one, by video, in their own field. The mentee browses profiles and books the time directly. About an hour a month is plenty, and a mentor gives as much or as little as they choose.
Eight career tracks
No curriculum. No training required. Just your experience.
You are a mentor, not a recruiter. You share experience and perspective. You do not promise jobs.
What the mentor gains
A step closer to real work, in their own field, with someone who already knows the terrain here.
A real rep at the thing leadership is made of: listening, coaching, explaining clearly, reading a person, working across cultures. The leadership development your L&D team would otherwise pay for, here as the by-product of work that matters.
Every mentor earns a public, badge-backed credential as they go, traced to TEEI. It is career capital, not a thank-you note.
Real mentors and the people they work with. Short films, no script.

The business case
Employees who mentor through a programme like this leave 57% less often. For a 200-person company, that is roughly $1.6M in avoided recruitment and onboarding cost.

Source: Taproot Foundation, 2024Independent analysis puts the return on structured mentoring at 4:1 to 6:1, and every session is logged at the source: 9,337 sessions, 400+ mentors, 2,000+ mentees across 50+ countries. Mentors like Andrii Kostiuchenko, a Principal Career Fellow with 77 sessions, are why the impact holds up to an auditor.

How it works, and how it stays safe
A mentor signs up with their work email and LinkedIn, sets their availability, and starts. No curriculum to build, no training to schedule. Because they use a company email, their hours attribute to you automatically.
Every mentor completes a mandatory safeguarding orientation before their first session. Sessions stay on the platform, are not recorded, and run on GDPR-compliant EU servers.
We run the sessions, so the numbers come from the source, not from a survey at year end. That is why they hold up to an auditor.
The reporting
Every session your people give lands in a private dashboard for your company, segmented by team or office, already mapped to the CSRD and ESRS categories your reporting team works with, and exportable to GRI or SASB with the audit trail attached. It is board-ready, and it is free for every partner, including companies that never pay a penny.

We will tell you which of your teams are the best fit to mentor, how quickly they could start, and exactly what you would be able to report. If it is not the right time, we will say so.
