Corporate mentorship · TEEI Mentorship
Your senior people already mentor. Give an hour of it to someone rebuilding a career.
TEEI Mentorship pairs Ukrainian professionals with international mentors in their own field: 2,000+ matched so far, 400+ mentors active. A partnership places your people among those mentors. We run everything, and every hour they give is verified into your company's reporting.
The education pathway every TEEI programme sits on. Mentorship carries the last two stages: skills, then work.
The programme
Matched in their own field.
TEEI Mentorship does not hand your engineer a stranger at random. Every match is made inside one of eight career fields, so the first session already speaks the same language.
When your company sends 25 people, those 25 ARE the mentors. They join a working programme where real professionals are already waiting to be matched, not a campaign built around your logo.
How your people take part
They sign up and they mentor. Everything between is ours.
Four stages. Your people carry the two light ones; TEEI carries the work in the middle and the reporting at the end.
A few minutes on the platform.
Pick the mentor role, verify once with LinkedIn, apply. Set times later. That is the whole ask of your team member.
Your people do thisWe approve every mentor and pair by field.
Staff review each application, usually within a day, then match an engineer with an engineer, a marketer with a marketer, from the eight fields above.
TEEI does thisThe mentee sets the agenda.
Career direction, interview practice, honest feedback. Thirty to sixty minutes; mentor and mentee choose the cadence.
Your people do thisEvery hour lands in your Cockpit.
Logged inside the programme as it happens, mapped to your reporting rows, ready to file.
TEEI does this
A real mentor
I'm always there for them.Tatyana Melnychenko · mentor and career coach
Tatyana has mentored with us for about a year. She opens every session by asking her mentee what today is for: career advice, interview preparation, or just to talk. Her words above are from her recorded testimonial; press play to hear the rest.

How your people join
It takes minutes, not a project.
Your mentors join the platform we built. They pick the mentor role, verify once with LinkedIn (no password to make, and we never post on their behalf), and apply. Four steps, done. They set their own times later, and mentees book them directly. It is one of three platforms we build and run: TEEI Mentorship, TEEI Language, and the Women Buddy Programme, each a real product with its own people, live today.

What your company gets
Your people give the hours. Your report gets the proof.
The reporting product
The CSR Cockpit turns those hours into your report.
Every partnership includes it, free. It is a live dashboard that takes your people's verified hours and builds the CSRD and ESRS export your team files, with the evidence behind every number. You can open a working version right now, before your people have given a single hour.

The verified hours, the evidence behind each one, and the export that goes into your report.
What your team will ask
The questions that come up in the meeting.
How much time does a mentor actually give?
Sessions run thirty to sixty minutes, and about an hour a month is the recommended pace. There is no quota: mentor and mentee choose when they meet, and the programme fits around real calendars.
Do my people need to be trained mentors?
No. They need three or more years of professional experience and the willingness to give practical next steps. They verify once with LinkedIn, our staff review the application, and they are matched. The mentee does the rest by bringing real questions from their own field.
Is this recruiting?
No. Mentors never promise jobs. They give direction, interview practice, and honest feedback inside their own field; hiring decisions stay wherever they belong.
Who would they mentor?
Ukrainian professionals rebuilding careers: engineers, marketers, finance people, designers. Every match is made inside one of the eight career fields, so your mentor and their mentee share a professional language from the first session.
How does this become reporting my team can use?
Every session is logged inside the programme as it happens, verified at source, and mapped to ESRS S1 and S3 in your CSR Cockpit. Nobody on your team collects numbers at year end.
What does it cost?
The programme and the reporting are part of the partnership at every level; partners sponsor the delivery of the work itself. The Cockpit is never sold separately.
