Corporate volunteering · the TEEI partnership
Your people don't volunteer into a void. They become the programme.
A TEEI partnership places your people inside real programmes, as mentors, tutors, trainers, and buddies, serving people who are already waiting. We run the matching, the platform, and the safeguarding; the same system reports every hour, audit-grade, free.
Benevity sells the software. We are the programme, and your people are the ones who deliver it.

The education pathway every TEEI programme sits on. Corporate volunteering touches the whole of it: your people carry learners from a first conversation to work.
The difference
Your people go in. Impact and the report come back.
No catalogue, no void: your people step into programmes that already run, serving people who are already waiting. Every hour they give comes back twice, as impact for someone rebuilding a life, and as the report your team files.
Your people
join as mentors, tutors, and trainers, at no cost
TEEI's programmes
real people, already waiting for them
Impact
for the people your team serves
The report
for you, with the evidence behind every number
When your company sends 25 people as mentors, those people ARE the mentors serving the learners. They do not volunteer into a void. They join real programmes with real people waiting.
The roles
Whatever your people are good at, someone is waiting for it.
A partnership is not one activity. Your people choose the programme and the role that fits their skill and their time, across two tracks of people rebuilding their lives.
For Ukrainian professionals
8,000+ waiting for a conversation partner · 2,000+ mentee matches made TEEI programme data
For women rebuilding careers
853,000+ exercises completed on the learning track DataCamp
Every role runs on TEEI's own platform, on live video, with TEEI running the match and the safeguarding.

An hour from their desk. A career on the other side of the call.
Every session runs on TEEI's own platform, on live video
What it takes
Five minutes to sign up. Days to a first session.
Day one
They sign up
Work email and LinkedIn; availability synced to their own calendar. That is the whole application.
Days two to three
Briefed and matched
A safeguarding briefing, then we match them to a person in their field. No training, no lesson plans.
Within days
First session
On TEEI's platform, on live video. An hour, from their own desk.
From then on
About an hour a month
More only if they want more, and eight-tier LinkedIn credentials building session by session.
No teaching qualification. No lesson plans. Fully remote.
Does it work
Every hour your people give leaves a public, verified mark.
The mentor tracksessions
The fellow tracksessions
562 on the mentor track, 1,422 on the fellow track. Every credential your employee shares is a public impression for your brand and a signal of engagement your CSR team can point to.

The business case
Your people deliver. Your report gets the proof.
11,663
sessions delivered across TEEI programmes measured, public stats API
Your people join work already running at this scale. Every session is logged where it happens, mapped to ESRS S1 and S3 in the Cockpit, and kept separate from participant notes.
8,872
hours with both people present, not hours scheduled measured, public stats API
Attendance is participation and we report it as participation. Whether the participant got where they were going is a separate measure with its own place in your report.
Participation is free and unlimited at every level. There are no places to buy.
And the volunteering itself is free, at every level. We are a nonprofit, and we would rather have your people in the programmes than have your procurement team reading a contract.
The reporting product
The CSR Cockpit turns those hours into your report.
Every partnership includes it, free. It is a live dashboard that takes your people's verified hours and builds the CSRD and ESRS export your team files, with the evidence behind every number. You can open a working version right now, before your people have run a single session.

The verified hours, the evidence behind each one, and the export that goes into your report.
A first pilot is one programme, one team, live within days.

Is it really free?
Yes. Volunteering with TEEI is free at every level: no licence, no access fees, no per-seat cost. We are funded by sponsorship, grants, and donations. Software-only platforms run $10,000 to $150,000 a year; your only cost here is your people's time.
Do my people need credentials or training?
No. They bring the skill they already have. Onboarding is five minutes, training is zero, and we run the session and bring the person they help.
How much time does it take?
As little as one hour a month per person. Your people set and control their own availability.
Which programmes can they join?
Career mentoring, conversation practice, structured teaching, skills workshops, and in-person or peer buddying, across two tracks: Ukrainian professionals and women rebuilding careers.
How do the employees join?
Through the partnership. We enrol your people directly once you partner; there is nothing for your CSR team to build and no public signup to manage.
Is it safe?
Yes. A mandatory safeguarding briefing before anyone's first session, GDPR followed, sessions on the platform and not recorded.
How fast can we start?
Within days. Sign-up takes five minutes, the safeguarding briefing and the match take a day or two, and the first sessions run the same week: one programme, one team, then you decide from the evidence.
Does it report?
Yes. Participation, hours, roles, credentials, and team or office segmentation, mapped to ESRS S1 and S3 where material, in your CSR Cockpit.
