Employees can mentor someone rebuilding a career or become the English conversation partner a learner cannot access elsewhere. They can also teach a skill they use at work in Skills Academy.
TEEI handles the matching, scheduling, sessions and measurement, so your organisation does not have to build or operate a programme from scratch.
The evidence begins inside the session
TEEI runs the programmes on its own platform. The clock counts only the time both people are present in the call, and every measured hour is linked to the programme that produced it.
