Skill volunteering · Skills Academy

Your team already has what someone rebuilding a career needs most.

The way your specialists review a real project, explain how the tools are actually used, or answer the question a course cannot is exactly what a displaced professional is missing. Skills Academy puts them in front of the people learning their field: a single call, an ongoing mentorship, a class, or a webinar, whichever fits. We handle the students, the platform, and the reporting.

What was missing was never the skill. It was a way to get it to the person who needs it.

ConnectionLanguageSkillsWork

The education pathway every TEEI programme sits on. Skills Academy carries the last two stages: the skills, then the work.

The people you already employ

Most of what a displaced professional needs is already sitting in your team.

The people they would coach are professionals with years in the field, rebuilding after displacement. Your seniors coach peers, not beginners: what no course carries is a person who does the job for a living.

  • Your data lead · reviews a real analysis project
  • Your senior engineer · talks through a portfolio
  • Your security specialist · shows how the work is really done
  • Your designer · critiques a case study
  • Your ML engineer · explains models in practice
  • Your cloud architect · systems as they run in production
  • Your product manager · runs a practice interview
  • Your marketing lead · reads a campaign like a hirer
  • Your frontend engineer · reviews code like a hiring team
  • Your recruiter · a real interview, debriefed honestly

Ten fields the Academy runs, and wherever else your team has real depth.

Four ways in

The programme your busiest engineer will say yes to.

Participation is where corporate volunteering fails: launched, announced, quietly ignored. This one asks for one hour, once, of the thing your people already do all day, and scales up only for those who want more.

Once
Over time
One person

The lowest bar · one hour, once

A one-off call

One 1-on-1 session. A portfolio review, a “how does this actually work here” call. No follow-up owed, no course to run.

One person · over time

Ongoing mentorship

The same learner, over months. Career direction, real feedback, someone in their corner. The deepest form, for those who want it.

A room

A room · once

A webinar

One expert, one session, a room of learners. Show how the work, the tools, or the hiring in your field actually happen.

A room · over time

A class

Teach a small group the thing you do every day, session by session. On the platform, no lesson plan required.

All four run on TEEI's own platform, on live video. Your people set their own availability.

No preparation. No teaching qualification. One real session.

Who is learning

They are already deep in the work when your people meet them.

The DataCamp licence gave me access to courses I could never have afforded. Six months later I had a data analyst certification and two interviews lined up.

10,000+ students have come through the learning track TEEI × DataCamp. Artem's certification came first, then the interviews. What he could not get from a course is the part your specialists carry. His words are from his recorded testimonial.

The reporting product

The CSR Cockpit turns those hours into your report.

Every partnership includes it, free. It is a live dashboard that takes your people's verified hours and builds the CSRD and ESRS export your team files, with the evidence behind every number. You can open a working version right now, before your people have run a single session.

What your team will ask

Is it really free?

Yes. Platforms at this level sell for $10,000 to $40,000 a year; we are free because TEEI runs the programme itself, funded by sponsorship, grants, and donations. There are no access fees, ever, for your company or the learner. Your only cost is your people's time.

How much time does it take?

As little as one hour, once, for a single call. A class or an ongoing mentorship asks more. Your people pick the format and set their own availability.

Do my people need to be teachers?

No. They bring the skill they already have, not a teaching qualification: technical depth for a real session. We run the session and bring the student.

What is DataCamp's part?

DataCamp is the self-paced learning track inside Skills Academy: a full Premium scholarship, free, so learners study the fundamentals on their own. Your people's live sessions are what those hours build toward.

Who would they teach?

Ukrainian professionals rebuilding careers, already studying hard on the platform. One serious session can remove weeks of guessing.

Is it safe?

Yes. A mandatory safeguarding briefing before anyone's first session, GDPR followed, sessions on the platform and not recorded.

How fast can we start?

Within days. Sign-up takes five minutes, the safeguarding briefing and the match take a day or two, and the first sessions run the same week: one team, one format, then you decide from the evidence.

Does it report?

Yes. Participation, hours, fields, and team or office segmentation, mapped to ESRS S1 and S3 where material, in your CSR Cockpit.
