Three programmes, one record.
Your employees give their time in three TEEI programmes. Each session is measured where it happens, TEEI credits it to your company overnight, and it becomes a line in your contribution record and part of the figure you file.

An hour counts only when a session was completed and recorded on the platform TEEI runs, with the volunteer, the date and the duration on the record. Planned and cancelled time is excluded.

A session counts when it was completed and recorded on the platform TEEI runs, with the volunteer, the date and the duration on the record. The time is read from the video room's own join and leave events: the minutes both people were present, with a five-minute floor and a cap at the booked length plus thirty minutes. Planned and cancelled time is excluded. Minutes are summed once, and hours are derived once from the minutes.

The hour reaches your company through a verified link, never through an email address.
Your employee joins through your company's invitation link, confirms a work email once, and holds one identity on the platform.
When a session completes, TEEI credits it to your company only when every condition holds: the person's account is active, the employer membership was valid on the day of the session, your company is linked to the workspace, reporting has not been objected to, and the session ran for at least five minutes. Where a link is missing, the hour stays unattributed with its reason. It is never guessed.
A job change does not move history. Hours earned at your company stay in your record when the employee leaves, and nothing an employee did before joining you follows them in. A former employee's record is withdrawn only when they withdraw it.
Two companies whose memberships were both valid on the day each receive the hour, on their own record. An ambiguous identity link, or a membership TEEI could not confirm, goes to a central TEEI administrator for review before anything is credited.

Your contribution record: hours, people and sessions, by programme and by month.
The record keeps four kinds of hour apart and never adds them. Verified hours come from completed sessions. Historical programme records hold the work from before your workspace opened, frozen as delivered. Hours a company administrator enters by hand are counted, with their source kept on the record. Hours employees log for themselves are shown beside the verified total and never counted as verified.
A figure the record cannot answer says so, with the reason. It is never written as zero. In a group session the time counted is the participants' time, and the host's hour is shown as unavailable; in a Skills Academy class the instructor's measured classroom time is credited to the organisation that provided the instructor. Participation rate is the share of the employees you enrolled, or, until you enrol anyone, of the headcount your company entered. People reached is the programme's monthly count, added across months. Every report states its period, its timezone and your fiscal year on the page, and a correction is a new revision, never an overwrite.

Your employee sees the same record from their side: their verified hours and sessions, their credential progress across eight tiers from two to five hundred verified sessions, a certificate of contribution with a public check page, and the room where the time they log themselves stays visible and separate. Credentials recognise participation, not a formal course.

Two values, kept apart.
The two numbers sit on separate lines. They are never added, and neither is divided by the other.
Cost of time contributed is the B4SI input: your verified hours multiplied by the fully loaded labour cost per hour your company entered, salary, employer taxes and benefits. Enter no cost, and no money is shown in its place.
Replacement value of volunteer time is what the programme would pay for the same hours at market wages: the Bureau of Labor Statistics median wage for ESL teachers and for career counsellors, May 2025, plus fifteen per cent for employer costs from Independent Sector. It is a US figure, used for every country. Hours in a programme without a sourced wage are shown without a money value.
You state why your company takes part, per programme, in B4SI's three types: community investment, commercial initiative in the community, or charitable gift. The Cockpit records what you state. It never infers it.

Outcomes are reported at three depths. Connect: the share of participants reporting more confidence or a wider professional network. Improve: measured progress in English, as a self-assessed CEFR level at zero, three and six months, or a finished CV and job applications. Transform: the share in work, and in work in their own field, at three and six months, set against the national baseline.
Every outcome figure carries its evidence level, one to five on Nesta's Standards of Evidence, with a plain statement of what the evidence can show: level one is activity recorded session by session, level two is change measured in participants, level three is change measured against a comparison group. Participants answer a short survey after their sessions, and some leave a voice message. Both reach the record with the participant's consent, and a case study drawn from them cites every number to its method or its evidence row.

Open any figure and follow it to the session.
The Evidence explorer traces every figure to the session record: the number, the method it was computed by, the lineage row that records every change to it with the actor and the previous value, its confidence, and the completed session with the volunteer, the date and the duration. Each link is sealed by a SHA-256 hash over the link before it, and the chain's heads are stamped by an independent time-stamp authority. Every record is cross-validated against TEEI's session logs and the programme manager's confirmation.
Every action in your workspace, every invitation, role change, export and setting, is written to a second chain, signed with a key TEEI holds and anchored daily in write-once storage. The Audit log shows you the chain and re-verifies it on request, and names the first bad row if one is ever found.
For an auditor, the Cockpit builds one package: the report PDF, the iXBRL file, every lineage row, the methodology snapshot, the phase-in declarations, the sign-off chain, the trusted timestamps, a verifier script and a README, listed in a manifest with the SHA-256 of each file and a signature. The verifier runs without TEEI. An auditor opens the package through a scoped share link you control, and what they see is the employee, the programme and the session time.

Q2 2026 Impact Report
The contribution record is the report: a PDF rendered from the stored record and bound to it by a hash, with its period, timezone and fiscal year on the page and every figure linked to its source. A report that cannot be grounded in the record refuses rather than estimates.
A sentence the records cannot ground is marked, never hidden. Your managers review the draft, approve it, and share it by a link they can withdraw, or on a schedule to named recipients: the monthly contribution record, a weekly summary, the monthly board report, quarterly and annual impact, the board report on the value of time, the impact deep dive, and the CSRD and ESRS statement. When a month closes, its figures are published and frozen; a correction is a new revision, never an overwrite. In the Boardroom the same record is presented as eleven slides, full screen or as PDF: executive snapshot, participation momentum, engagement conversion, programme portfolio, value of time, top contributors, operational risks, experience quality, external positioning, strategic alignment, and the board decision.
For your sustainability statement, the Cockpit exports one ESRS table per period under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772: the S3-4 key action your employees delivered through TEEI, with its hours, sessions and people reached under ESRS 2 MDR-A, the cost of time where you entered a rate, and a reasoned "not reported" row for every datapoint the Cockpit does not hold. Own-workforce data is one of them; it lives in your HR and payroll systems, and the file says so.

- Hours volunteers log for themselves in the employee portal are self-reported: they are shown separately and never counted as verified.

TEEI is a nonprofit. Measuring and reporting what your employees give is part of the work, so the Cockpit comes with every partnership. No licence, no setup, no limit on people. Your company applies in three short sections, confirms a work email, and TEEI reviews the application before the workspace opens.
