About the Project
An Erasmus+ small-scale partnership advancing digital inclusion in adult learning
TECH-Ed is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership that addresses the educational needs of vulnerable adult learners, including refugees from Ukraine and adults at risk. The project develops practical guidance and training resources to help educators integrate innovative technologies into adult education.
By focusing on digital skills, adaptive learning, and inclusive pedagogy, TECH-Ed creates upskilling pathways and improves access to quality education for marginalised communities. All resources were co-created by educators and researchers from Norway and Lithuania between 2023 and 2025.

Activities and Results
Three core resources for digital adult education
The project developed three core resources to help educators integrate innovative technologies into vulnerable adult education:
- A comprehensive guide exploring innovative technologies for vulnerable adult education, covering adaptive learning, gamification, and personalised learning tools
- A short guide providing quick-reference recommendations for trainers seeking practical integration strategies
- A curriculum for trainers featuring modules on digital pedagogy, including case studies and practical exercises
Working with trainers and vulnerable learners, the partnership co-designed materials that address real barriers to digital skills development. These outputs were developed under Activity 1–3 of the approved KA210-ADU project (2023-1-NO01-KA210-ADU-000157182). All core deliverables were authored and quality-assured by The Educational Equality Institute under the TECH-Ed coordination framework.
By equipping trainers with effective digital teaching methods, we create opportunities for vulnerable adults to access education and improve their prospects.
