Filter mentors by area of expertise and look through their profiles. Each profile shows what the person does, how other mentees rated them and when they have open time.

When you book, write the mentor a short note on what you want to discuss. Some times are confirmed at once, others reach the mentor as a request. If there is no reply, the request closes automatically and the time opens up again.

You can join the session on the platform five minutes before it starts. Afterwards the mentor can leave a short recap, and you can book the same mentor again.
