TEEI Language pairs you with a volunteer who speaks the language you are learning. On video, at a rhythm you agree, you just talk, about your day, your work, your life, until the words stop being homework and start being yours.
In a few weeks the phone call you keep putting off, the doctor's appointment, the small talk at the shop, they stop being something you dread.
It is free, and there is nothing to prepare.

We pair you with a volunteer
Tell us the language and how far you have got. We find someone who fits your level and your time zone.
MEET
On video, at a rhythm you agree
A standing 30 to 45 minute session. No classroom, no grades, no test, just conversation that starts wherever you are.
SPEAK
Until it is yours
You practise the language you actually need, for work, for appointments, for the everyday talk that makes a place feel like home.
PREFER A CLASS
There are courses too
Live classes with a teacher, in small groups, if you want more than conversation.
VOICES
Someone patient, once a week.
The volunteers are not teachers. They are people who have an hour and a language, and who remember what it is like to start over. They have already sat through thousands of these conversations.
