Identity verification
We verify your identity before processing any request. This protects your data from unauthorised access. We will contact you using your preferred verification method.
30-day response
GDPR requires us to respond within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two additional months, but we will tell you within the first 30 days.
Confirmation and reference
After submission you receive a reference number. Include it in any follow-up correspondence with our privacy team.
