You teach what you know, in any field, live online.

### What you would do

Skills Academy is open to every subject. Trades, crafts, cooking, hotel and tourism, history, art, literature, economics, health administration, mechanics, agriculture, languages and technology are all welcome. These are examples, not limits.

- Teach one live online session, a webinar or a class over several weeks.
- Propose the subject you know from work or from years of practice. We tell you what learners keep asking for, and you decide what you can teach well.
- Run the session, take the questions, and leave material so people can practise.

### Who we are looking for

- You are 18 or older. Retirees are welcome.
- You know your subject from real work or long practice. You do not need a current job or a teaching qualification.
- You can teach in English over video.

One session is a real contribution. TEEI reads every proposal, and not every subject is published.

### What you get

A recording of you teaching your own subject, which is yours to keep, and a room of adults learning it because they need it. The reference we write names the sessions you ran.

### After you apply

Apply with LinkedIn or with email. Neither needs a current employer. A person at TEEI reads your application and answers by email. After that it is short: topic, level, date and format.
