Workplace Policy
How We Work
No office. No fixed hours. No hierarchy beyond programme coordination. Contributors across 50+ countries, building educational access on their own terms.
The Educational Equality Institute operates entirely online. Volunteers, mentors, translators, developers, and researchers contribute from wherever they are, on whatever schedule works. All coordination runs on open-source tools with AI-assisted scheduling across time zones.
Every programme is free. Every tool is open source. No admin overhead, no busywork. Every hour you contribute goes directly to learners.
