TEEI combines its learning and mentoring platforms with programme operations, engineering and research to deliver practical training, coordinate specialist support, build services and evaluate technology.
Work with your own participants, TEEI’s programmes and communities, or other organisations. Start with an initiative you already run or a new technical or research objective.

Bring the learning resources, instructors or participant group. TEEI can coordinate enrolment, practical sessions, mentoring and follow-up. A collaboration might connect a self-paced course with recurring application clinics, introduce specialist teaching to an existing programme, or provide continued guidance after a course ends.

Combine practical assignments, specialist feedback and recurring sessions for educators, analysts, administrators, designers, nonprofit teams, developers or business owners. Our matching, scheduling, live delivery and reporting systems provide a foundation for integration and application engineering. TEEI contributes evaluation design, application engineering and relevant programme context. Research can examine learner-language understanding, speech interaction, retrieval or the use of evidence in AI-generated answers. Deliverables can include reproducible evaluations, failure analyses, reference implementations and technical publications.

Participants discover relevant offerings, enrol and manage their commitments in a personal workspace. Hosts prepare agendas and materials, manage participant admission and run sessions. The platform supports both focused learning activities and programmes delivered through a recurring cohort.

Every application to teach or mentor is read first by a model on Amazon Bedrock, behind a guardrail we wrote, with one rubric per programme. It summarises the evidence and raises what is unclear. Anything ambiguous, and every red flag, goes to a person, who makes the decision.

Shared scheduling, participant rosters, host controls, reminders and follow-up support the relationship beyond the first introduction. These capabilities provide the foundation for regular mentoring, specialist sessions and professional practice.

CSR Cockpit adds company workspaces, employee participation and contribution reporting. Its reports preserve links to underlying records, providing a foundation for showing what was delivered and how a reported figure was calculated.

Your curriculum, learning platform or community can remain at the centre of the experience. TEEI can operate an agreed part of the delivery or connect selected capabilities to it.

CSR Cockpit connects employee records, programme participation and source-linked reporting, with contribution, compliance, GRI and IFRS report formats. Every figure keeps a link to the sessions behind it.
Partner-specific integrations build on that foundation: your own identity and HR systems, reporting workflows your teams already follow, and data your own services need back.
Note The workforce import connects a company's people to the Cockpit. Crediting a session to a company is a separate step.

L2SAFE investigates that question. Its initial pilot is complete. The next stage adds human validation and broader evaluation across model families, including how systems understand questions, handle safety, retrieve information and use tools.

Proposed collaboration
Combine speech recognition and AI practice with a route to human support.
A collaboration could examine whether a system preserves meaning through pauses, self-corrections and mixed-language speech, then improve how it listens, clarifies and responds. TEEI’s existing language-practice, media and speech components provide the engineering starting point.
BuiltA listening room with 24 dialogues voiced with ElevenLabs. It runs on the platform and is not yet enabled in production.
Learning resources, professional tools, infrastructure, specialist time, instructors, delivery capacity and funding can each form the basis of a partnership.
Your organisation might contribute a curriculum and people to teach it, provide technology for an agreed programme, jointly operate a learning experience, or fund dedicated delivery and development. A collaboration can combine contributions from several organisations.
Together, we agree what each organisation provides and how teaching, participant support, technical work and ongoing operation are covered.
TEEI’s existing programmes and CSR Cockpit remain free to access. Dedicated delivery, bespoke engineering and partner-branded arrangements are scoped and resourced separately.
