The Educational Equality Institute Corporate Partnership · Evidence File · Prepared 2026

The offer

Real programmes. Real volunteers. Reporting your team can file. Free at every level.

Your people mentor displaced professionals and teach language skills. We log every hour where it happens and map it to the CSRD and ESRS rows your team already reports against. It is free at every level because we run the programmes; we are not software pointing at someone else's.

What a partnership is

It starts with your people, and a person on the other side of the screen.

01

Your employee gives an hour

Someone on your team meets a displaced professional for half an hour a week and helps them practise the English they will need in an interview, or mentors them in their own field.

S-03a
02

A professional moves toward an offer letter

Week after week, the same two people, until there is real progress: a qualification, a first interview, the offer letter that changes a year.

S-03b
03

The hour is verified and mapped

Every hour is logged where it happens and mapped to the CSRD and ESRS categories your team already reports against. The work counts twice.

S-03c

It is not a fee for access. Programmes, volunteers and the reporting are free for every corporate partner, at every level. Sponsorship funds the work itself.

One verified volunteer hour

Logged at the source, not typed into a form at year end.

Most corporate volunteering is self-reported: a number someone types into a form at year end. Ours is the opposite. Every hour is logged at the source, inside the programme as it happens, and mapped to the category it belongs to.

The CSR Cockpit

The reporting is done because we did the logging.

A dashboard we built for the report you have to file.

Every hour your employees give is logged the moment it happens and lands in one place: a private dashboard for your company. When reporting season comes, your team exports it, already mapped to the CSRD and ESRS categories they work with, ready for the board pack.

Why TEEI, not a platform

Software is sold to you. We are the activity.

The platforms license you a tool and leave you to fill it. We are a nonprofit running its own programmes, with our own volunteers, and the reporting comes with them.

Sponsorship funds the work, so partnership costs you nothing. We would rather your budget reached the people in the programmes.

What your people actually do

Three programmes. Your employees choose the one that fits.

They talk to people. We handle the matching, the scheduling, the safeguarding and the paperwork.

01 Mentorship
12 weeks

TEEI Mentorship

One hour a week, twelve weeks, one displaced professional in your employee’s own field. CV review, interview practice, the introductions that open doors. The kind of mentoring that ends in an offer letter.

2,000+ mentees / 400+ mentors
02 Language
30 min / week

TEEI Language

Half an hour a week with the same person, over video. The sessions are conversation, not grammar drills: the practice that turns school English into the confidence to sit an interview and get through a first day at work.

8,000+ language learners
03 Skills
defined project

The Skills Academy

For teams who would rather give expertise than hours: a defined project over a few weeks, applied to something a programme or an entrepreneur genuinely needs. Matching, scheduling and safeguarding handled throughout.

10,000+ DataCamp learners reached

How it fits

Nothing to install. Nothing for IT to approve.

Three steps from sign-up to filing, and we do the part in the middle.

01

You nominate

A programme and a group of people. They join through a single link, with no accounts for you to provision.

02

We record it as it happens

Participation is logged inside the programme, not reconstructed from memory at year end.

Verified at source
03

Your team files it

Verified hours and outcomes come back already mapped to your CSRD and ESRS rows, ready to hand to whoever files.

The simplest first step

Request the evidence pack and a 30-minute call.

We will tell you, honestly, whether your team is a fit and which door makes sense to start with. If it is not the right time, we will say so. The full evidence pack and the figures behind this page come with the call.
