Community Manager, TEEI Mentorship

You make sure every mentor has somebody to ask when a session gets hard.

Community · Remote · A few hours a week

This role supports TEEI's community work.

What you would do

Mentors arrive with a career of experience and still wonder whether they are doing it right. The ones who stay are the ones who found other mentors to ask.

  • Welcome new mentors and walk them through their first match.
  • Bring mentors together in small groups to swap what works: CV reviews, interview practice, the conversations that went sideways.
  • Keep a short, living set of answers to the questions every new mentor asks.
  • Notice who has gone quiet and ask how they are.

Who we are looking for

  • You have mentored, managed or coached people, and you know what a stuck conversation feels like.
  • You write plain English and you follow up.
  • You are comfortable on video and in an online platform.

What you get

You get to know mentors from many fields and countries, and the reference we write says exactly what you built for them.

After you apply

Someone replies by email. Going ahead means a call with the person who runs TEEI Mentorship, then one month of new mentors who are yours to welcome.
