Community Moderator

You read every comment under our posts and answer the ones that deserve an answer.

Community · Remote · A little time most days

This role supports TEEI's community work.

What you would do

Questions land under a LinkedIn post, a YouTube video or an Instagram reel, and they sit there. Each one is somebody who almost reached us.

  • Read the comments and messages on TEEI's channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X.
  • Answer the real questions, and send people who want to learn, volunteer or partner to the right page.
  • Remove spam and abuse, and hand anything sensitive to the team the same day.
  • Tell us once a week what people asked, so the next post answers it.

Who we are looking for

  • You write short, kind, exact answers.
  • You can tell a question from a troll, and you leave the troll alone.
  • You can give it a little time most days.

What you get

You learn what people actually want to know about volunteering and learning, which most organisations never find out. The reference says which channels you looked after.

After you apply

Someone replies by email. Going ahead means access to one channel first, and a short call about what to answer and what to hand on.
