Volunteer Graphic Designer

You make our posts, guides and one-pagers look like they came from people who care.

Communications · Remote · Per project

This role supports TEEI's communications work.

What you would do

People decide in a second whether something is worth reading. The design is what they decide on.

  • Design social posts, guides for learners and volunteers, and one-page summaries.
  • Work from the real material we give you: photographs, quotes, measured figures.
  • Keep a small set of templates so the rest of the team can make simple things well.
  • Say no to a design that hides the point.

Who we are looking for

  • You have a portfolio, professional or not.
  • You work in Figma, Canva, Adobe or similar.
  • You can take a brief and come back with one strong option rather than ten weak ones.

What you get

Published work with your name on it, for an organisation people can check. The reference we write lists what you designed.

After you apply

We read it and write back. If it fits, you get one real brief first, and we see how we work together.

Where you can apply from: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Uganda, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia.
