Fundraising Specialist

You find the money that keeps the programmes free.

Funding · Remote · Flexible

This role supports TEEI's funding work.

What you would do

Every hour of teaching on this board is free to the person receiving it. Somebody has to ask for the money that makes that true, and asking well is a skill.

  • Build a campaign that says plainly what the money pays for.
  • Work the donor side: prospects, meetings, and the follow-up that usually never happens.
  • Keep every figure honest, from our canonical numbers.
  • Tell us what is working, and what to stop.

Who we are looking for

  • You have raised money before, for a nonprofit, a campaign, a club or a company.
  • You can ask directly, and be told no without it stopping you.
  • You keep records.

The programmes stay free because this work happens. There is no version of this role that avoids the ask.

What you get

You see the line from what came in to the classes it paid for. Almost no fundraising job shows you that end of it.
