What you would do
One company that says yes can bring many of its people as mentors and instructors. Most companies have never heard of us.
- Research companies whose people match what learners ask for: languages, careers, technical skills.
- Find the person who runs volunteering or people programmes there.
- Write the first message, and follow up.
- Hand the warm conversations to the team, with your notes.
Who we are looking for
- You have done business development, sales or partnerships work.
- You write a first message people answer.
- You keep careful notes and you follow up.
What you get
You see a partnership from the first message to the first employee who volunteers. The reference names what you opened.
After you apply
We read it and write back. Going further means a call, then a short list of companies to start with.
