What you would do

More than 400 mentors have worked through more than 2,000 matches on this programme. The people who apply are qualified already. What they are missing is somebody inside the market who tells them how it actually works.

You decide what you take on:

  • Career mentoring. The search itself: the CV, the applications, the interview, the choice between two bad options.
  • Skills mentoring. The craft. Their portfolio, their code, their campaign, their plan, held against the standard of your field.
  • Your field. Technology, design, finance, marketing, business and management, growth and sales, entrepreneurship, personal development.
  • Your rhythm. One conversation is real. Ten months with the same person is also real. You set it.

Who we are looking for

  • At least three years of working experience, in any sector.
  • You can be direct without flattening the person in front of you.
  • You are comfortable on video, in English.

Nothing to prepare and no curriculum to deliver. What is useful is what you already know about how your industry hires and how the work is really done.

What you get

You find out whether they got the job, which is more than most volunteering ever tells you. Mentors who stay get a written reference from us.

After you apply
