Webinar Facilitator
You keep the live session running so the instructor can teach.
Skills Academy · Remote · Per session
Part of Skills Academy. See how the programme works and who it supports.
What you would do
An instructor teaching a live class cannot also watch the chat, admit latecomers, fix somebody's audio and keep time. That is a second person, and it is the difference between a session that works and one that falls apart.
- Open the room, let people in, and keep the chat moving.
- Collect the questions and put them to the instructor when they fit.
- Handle whatever breaks, without stopping the session.
- Send the recording and the follow-up material to everyone who came.
Who we are looking for
- You stay organised while something live is happening.
- You know your way around video meeting tools and their settings.
- You write clear English in a chat window, quickly.
No subject expertise needed. You are not teaching. You are the reason the teaching goes smoothly.
What you get
You see every subject we run taught from the inside, which is the fastest way to work out what you could teach yourself. A reference follows a run of sessions.
After you apply
You will get a reply. If it fits, you sit in on one session as a second pair of hands, then run the next one yourself.
Where you can apply from: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Uganda, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia.
